Privacy Notice for Job Applicants

MECSOL INTERNATIONAL, S.A. DE C.V. (hereinafter “MECSOL”), with address at Calle Sauce 224, Bosques de los Nogales, Salinas Victoria, Nuevo León, C.P. 65515, Mexico, is responsible for the processing and protection of your personal data, in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations and other applicable rules.

1. Personal data we collect

To add you to our talent pool and consider you in recruitment and selection processes, we may collect: full name, phone number, email address, city or municipality of residence, position of interest, work experience, references from previous employers, résumé, documents and certificates (for example DC-3 training records, certifications, licenses), and any other information you voluntarily provide in the form.

We do not request sensitive personal data. If you choose to provide third-party references (for example, contact details from previous employers), you represent that you have those individuals' consent to share their data with us. Providing your data is voluntary; without it we will not be able to consider you in our recruitment and selection processes.

2. Purposes of processing

Primary purposes (necessary for the relationship): adding you to our candidate database; evaluating your profile; contacting you when a suitable opening exists; verifying references and documents; and carrying out recruitment, evaluation (including knowledge tests and practical assessments) and selection processes.

Secondary purposes (not necessary; you may decline): keeping your information in our database for future openings for an extended period, and sending you information about new job opportunities. If you do not want your data processed for these secondary purposes, you may say so by emailing .

3. Transfers

Your data will not be transferred to third parties outside MECSOL without your consent, except for the cases provided in article 37 of the LFPDPPP (for example, requirements from a competent authority).

4. ARCO rights

You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Objection (ARCO), as well as revoke your consent, by sending a request to with the subject line “Derechos ARCO”, stating your name and the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within the timeframes established by law.

5. Data retention

Your data will remain in our talent pool for a period of 24 months, after which it will be deleted or blocked, unless you authorize us to keep it longer or a legal obligation requires it.
