- Prep and cutting — material prepared and cut to print.
- Structural welding — joints run by our own welding crew, with beads ground and cleaned.
- Assembly and dimensional check — the structure is checked against print before it goes to finish.
- Industrial finish — shot blasting, paint and coating for the real plant environment.
- Delivery — and installation when it applies — like the pit covers we set on stamping presses.
